OurMine takes down Pokemon GO!

OurMine takes down Pokemon GO!

Hacker Group OurMine takes down Pokemon Go.

A hacker group going by the name OurMine claims the recent hit on pokemon Go's login servers with a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack, resulting in many pokemon go players to not be able to log into the game.
The group said that they will not stop the attacks unless contacted by the Pokemon GO officials.
In a post on its website, the hackers wrote: “No one will be able to play this game till Pokemon Go contact us on our website to teach them how to protect it!”
Pokemon go access was spotty the whole of sunday.

Not the first time!

In case you didn’t notice, Pokémon Go was down Saturday morning. Millions of players desperate to walk around and only find Pidgeys have been stuck without access to the mobile phenomenon. The game is currently back up and running, though it is a crashing a lot. The Poke step counter in the bottom right is still not working properly when the game is working.

Servers back up!

Even after the attack the Pokemon go was able to succesfully get the server back up in a matter of hours!
